Pat Joyce
Patrick has been with the Warriors basketball team since the 2003/04 season. In his time at Brookline he has assisted with the program at all levels. His focus now lies with assisting head coach Mark Fiedor and the varsity team where he helps coordinate scouting, organizes fundraising efforts and acts as an academic support for the varsity student-athletes. Pat has been a strong liaison for Brookline youth basketball where he started his coaching career.
Coach Joyce also spent one season at Wellesley High School as a Varsity Assistant under coach Luke Day and helped lead the Raiders to the division 2 south sectional quarterfinals. Pat is well known around the New England camp and clinic scene where he has worked for the Boston Celtics camp, Boston College Camp, A Step Ahead Clinics and as a private Hoop tutor. More recently he has been invited to work as a coach at the Boston College prospective clinic where he helped to instruct and evaluate division 1 talent for The Boston College Mens Basketball team.
Patrick attended Nauset High School where he was a three year varsity player under famed Massachusetts high school coach Leo Miller. Joyce still maintains strong ties to the Nauset basketball program and has helped coordinate games between Brookline and Nauset over the years. Patrick attended Loyola University in Baltimore Maryland and graduated with a BA in Public Relations in 2002. He is currently continuing his education at Cambridge College and will be finishing a masters program in guidance counseling this spring. Joyce resides in Brighton with his wife Leslie.
